Our warranty, policies and shipping information:
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and flaws unconditionally for one year from date of purchase. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective. Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser.
Consumers are responsible for the cost of shipping. We will, however, ship at no cost any item that needs to be replaced due to manufacturer defect or that has been damaged during shipping.
Shipping costs are determined by current costs from USPS ground, package rates. If special handling is requested such as two day or express delivery, the consumer will pay for those services.
The consumer is responsible for initiating a shipping claim with the carrier. Upon receipt of any package, inspect the box and inform the shipping agent if there appears to be damage to the shipping container
All orders are cancelable within 24 hours from date of purchase provided order has not shipped. Canceled orders that have been shipped are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of original price.
All products returned for refunds must be unused, and in their original packaging. This means in its sealed poly bag. Shipping costs on all returns other than manufacturer defects are the responsibility of the consumer.
All returns and exchanges will require a Return Authorization Number, and must be applied for within 20 days from date of shipment. To secure your Return Authorization Number, please contact us via e-mail at roofusstudios@yahoo.com or fax us at (941) 575-0465, attention service department.
The Return Authorization Number (R.A.) must appear on the outside of the box, and a copy of the invoice and shipping documents must be included in the box. Shipments received without return authorization will be refused.
